Description: ER5356 is an aluminum-magnesium alloy welding wire containing 5% magnesium and a small amount of titanium to refine grains. It has good corrosion resistance, hot crack resistance, high strength and good forgeability. The welded seam is still white after anodizing, which can provide a good color matching for the welded joint. It is a general-purpose welding material with a wide range of uses. Uses: It is the most basic filler metal for argon arc welding of aluminum-magnesium (≥3%Mg) alloys.
Welding of silicon-magnesium, aluminum-zinc-magnesium alloys and repair welding of aluminum-magnesium alloy castings are also used. Such as locomotive carriages, chemical pressure vessels, bicycles, aluminum skateboards and other sports equipment, ordnance production, shipbuilding, aviation and other industries.
