1. Chromium stainless steel has certain corrosion resistance, heat resistance and wear resistance. Usually used in power plants, chemical, petroleum and other equipment materials.
2. If the same type of chromium stainless steel electrode is used for welding, preheating above 300 ℃ and slow cooling treatment at about 700 ℃ after welding must be carried out.
3. For chromium 17 stainless steel, when using the same type of chromium stainless steel electrode, it should be preheated above 200 ℃ and tempered at about 800 ℃ after welding.
4. Chromium nickel stainless steel medicine skin has titanium calcium type and low hydrogen type. It has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and is widely used in chemical industry, chemical fertilizer, petroleum and medical machinery manufacturing.
5, the use of welding rod should be kept dry, titanium calcium type should be dried at 150 ℃ for 1 hour, low hydrogen type should be dried at 200-250 ℃ for 1 hour, but can not be repeated drying, otherwise the skin is easy to crack and peel off.
